OG Fuel Solutions takes great pride in providing quality products to the customer. The goal is to make sure you are happy with the service and product you receive.
If your product was broken during shipping you have 7 days from the time it was marked delivered from the carrier to notify us that there is an issue. Subsequently if the product has been installed warranty on the product is not guaranteed but will be evaluated on case by case basis.
If products are purchased through a 3rd party, product support and warranty will be worked through them.
Any product considered for replacement or repair will be need to be returned to OG Fuel Solutions, shipping costs covered by customer.
